 | Pilates A mat based mind body class, focusing on core stability muscles and posture. Pilates aims to lengthen and strengthen muscles along with increasing overall flexibility and mobility of joints. The exercises are performed in a slow controlled manner where quality of movement is key. |
 | Chi Ball Pilates With a similar structure to the mat based Pilates the use of the Chi Ball focuses on many weak or inactive core stability muscles. These muscles are generally overlooked and the cause of imbalance and injuries to the body. |
 | Abs Blast Exactly that! A 20 minute abdominal class focusing greatly on the key abdominal muscles which hold the abs flat and of course that six pack! |
 | Body Conditioning A full body toning class. The class starts with a simple warm-up and then targets all your muscle groups to give the whole body a leaner look. |
 | Aerobics A high/low impact class where you can work at a level right for you. Choreographed routines that are easy to follow, improving your cardio vascular system. In other words, you will work up a sweat! |
 | Studio Cycling A cardio vascular indoor cycling class working with your heart rate. By wearing a heart rate monitor you will be able to keep your personal heart rate level to work aerobically and burn fat whilst improving your fitness level. |

 | Workout This is a 30 minute aerobic class and a 30 minute body conditioning class. A great class that gets your heart rate up and tones your whole body and leaves you wanting more. |

 | 20:20:20 20 minutes of aerobics, 20 minutes of step, 20 minutes of toning. This class will be easy to follow but push you physically, challenging you in all 3 disciplines. |
 | Yoga Practicing yoga prepares the mind for meditation; helps bring the body back to its natural balanced self. With a combination of breathing techniques and postures, yoga helps restore the body's physical and mental wellbeing. |

 | Step & Tone 40 minutes of step and 20 minutes of toning. This class helps to improve cardio vascular fitness and targets all your muscle groups helping to create a leaner look. |

 | Body Blast A high intensity aerobic class with lower intensity alternatives, to blast the body and burn calories, mixed in with toning exercises to condition the whole body. |

 | Calorie Blast A circuit style class designed to burn calories and tone the body. Including core and balance exercises to challange your body more than ever before. |
 | No If’s Just Butt’s Get those glutilicious buttocks, lovely legs and amazing abs you’ve always desired. A fantastic lower body workout not to be missed. |
 | Gymnastic Stabilisation If your goal is to burn calories and improve your body shape; then this is the session for you! The class incorporates balance and stabilisation exercises with the use of external resistance, targeting weak, inactive muscles. A total body toning class with a twist!! |
