| Class Descriptions |  | Pilates A mat based mind body class, focusing on core stability muscles and posture. Pilates aims to lengthen and strengthen muscles along with increasing overall flexibility and mobility of joints. The exercises are performed in a slow controlled manner where quality of movement is key. |  | Chi Ball Pilates With a similar structure to the mat based Pilates the use of the Chi Ball focuses on many weak or inactive core stability muscles. These muscles are generally overlooked and the cause of imbalance and injuries to the body. |  | Abs Blast Exactly that! A 20 minute abdominal class focusing greatly on the key abdominal muscles which hold the abs flat and of course that six pack! |  | Body Conditioning A full body toning class. The class starts with a simple warm-up and then targets all your muscle groups to give the whole body a leaner look. |  | Themed Aerobics A fantastically fun aerobics class where the theme of the class will change evEry eight weeks. From Salsa, Hip Hop, Rock'n'Roll to basic hi/low aerobics, a class that will truly make you smile. |  | Studio Cycling A cardio vascular indoor cycling class working with your heart rate. By wearing a heart rate monitor you will be able to keep your personal heart rate level to work aerobically and burn fat whilst improving your fitness level. | 
 | Boot Camp So you think you're tough enough! A series of exercises designed to challenge every muscle in your body, working at your own pace - if your trainer will let you! |  | Roll with it Foam rolling will help reduce muscle imbalances, combining this with different stretching exercises to improve your flexibility. The class will also include core stabilisation and balance exercises. The ultimate class to improve the way you move. |  | No If’s Just Butt’s Get those glutilicious buttocks, lovely legs and amazing abs you’ve always desired. A fantastic lower body workout not to be missed. | 
 | Move It To Lose It A class designed full of total body exercises. Improve your heart rate, stabilisation skills, strength and power. Fancy a new challenge then this is the class for you. |  | Core Blimey A total body class that will challenge your core stabilisation and balance skills. Pushing you through different levels of core exercises to target inactive muscles and to strengthen your core. Core Blimey... what a session! | | Class Etiquette • If you are new to a class or have an injury please inform your instructor. • Book your class at reception 2 days in advance to secure your place. • Ring and let us know if you cannot make your class - We may have a reserve list. • Wear indoor shoes in the studio at all times. • We are always looking to improve, please give us your feedback. • Don’t forget your drink!! |
