At Woodlands Fitness Centre we believe every member of a Health Club should receive an individual exercise programme based specifically around the individuals requirements. We don't buy into "group inductions" offered at many health clubs. As a Woodlands member, every exercise you perform is designed to help you move better, burn more calories and improve your health and well-being.
At Woodlands we make a commitment to you. In return for your efforts and loyalty we will provide you with a comprehensive individual assessment followed by 3 Personal Training sessions with a NASM qualified trainer to ensure you fully understand your programme. Followed up by a review and new programme and Personal Training session every 15 visits.
