I had never been a member of a gym or fitness centre, and was new to the area, so thought it would be a good way to get to know people. I also wanted to improve my overall fitness, as I’d become a bit lazy!

What lifestyle changes have you made?
I exercise far more, and now have disciplined training schedules. I’m also more aware of the importance of regular eating.

What results have you achieved?
• I’ve significantly reduced my body fat percentage.
• I’ve competed in numerous 10k races.
• I’ve completed various sprint and full tri-athlons.

How has the Woodlands helped you achieve your goals?
The instructors at the Woodlands have provided me with structured training plans, and have kept me motivated throughout.

Your advice for others:
Stick to the plan; don’t expect to see dramatic results in 1-2 weeks. Be realistic!!
