What were your reasons for joining the Woodlands? It was local, and I wanted to improve my body shape.
What lifestyle changes have you made? I no longer crave massive amounts of carbohydrates in the evenings.
What results have you achieved? I have lowered by body fat by five percent, and have gained fifteen pounds of lean tissue, which is what I was initially aiming for.
How has Woodlands helped you achieve your goals? The structured programmes, helpful staff, and regular interventions help to keep you on track. There is also a lack of snobbish attitude from members and staff at the Woodlands.
Your advice for others: Keep at it, but don’t try to come every night and set yourself up to fail.
