I have altered both the frequency and variation of my diet, and I now exercise regularly.

I’ve toned up, and improved my fitness levels.

The regular assessments, exercise guidance and dietary advice have inspired me to attend the gym frequently.

Your advice for others:
Attend classes, for example; Pilates, Circuit and Box-a-cise.
And don’t be afraid to ask for help!
