As a mum it is understandable that you put your baby first. Our private sessions offer you a short break from the day to day routine and a chance to focus on YOU, allowing you to return your body to its pre pregnancy condition.

Our specialist Personal Trainers offer great rates on private one to one sessions and small group sessions aimed specifically at new mums. They utilise Pilates techniques combined with functional movements to enable you to look better, feel better and lead a healthier lifestyle.

Key benefits of the sessions are to:
• Rediscover how to activate core stability and pelvic floor muscles
• Learn how to stabilise your pelvis to alleviate or prevent back pain
• Strengthen your key postural muscles and reduce tension from tight muscles
• Provide individual programmes that can be incorporated into a daily routine.

Rates of pay:
One to one sessions: £25
One to two sessions: £15 per person
Groups of 4 maximum: £10 per person
All sessions are 60 minutes long and are held in a private studio in Woodlands Fitness Centre, Dronfield. All instructors are qualified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and have undertaken specific training programmes in the Pilates technique.
