Running & Triathlon Club
In association with www.triathloncoaching.uk.com Woodlands offers running and triathlon coaching to members and non members. Woodlands trainer Matt Sanderson is a Level 3 qualified triathlon coach. Matt works with athletes all around the world via his website which organises training programmes and tracks their progress with weekly consultations with athletes.
Matt has trained numerous athletes who have gone on to qualify to race at the World Championships.
Whether you want to just finish your first triathlon or want to qualify for the World Championships Matt and his coaching partner James Pryke will be with you every step of the way.
Matt also plans run programmes for all abilities and Woodlands have a friendly and relaxed running club which meets 3 times every week. Whether you are running for the first time or aiming to run a personal best in your next race the Woodlands running club will help structure your training and provide valuable coaching to help you succeed.
