Sports injury & rehabilitation clinic

Sports massage is an excellent way to restore the balance between muscular & skeletal systems.

How will I benefit?
Our busy and hectic lifestyles place increasing amounts of stress on the body. Such stress can come in various forms; sitting down, working on computers, driving or from playing sports, old injuries or new ones. This leads to muscle imbalance and poor posture which alters the way our muscles move and places our joints under greater stress. Poor movement leads to injury. I work to de-activate overactive muscles using my Sports Massage techniques and activate underactive muscles to realign your posture with specific exercises you can perform at home or in the gym. It is vital that these imbalances are addressed to restore the body back to its functional best.
