What were your reasons for joining the Woodlands? I wanted a local gym that I could get to little and often; with no travelling.
What lifestyle changes have you made? I’ve learnt how to monitor my heart rate efficiently, which has helped me to become a better runner and cyclist.
What results have you achieved? I have toned and changed my physique.
How has the Woodlands helped you achieve your goals? The dedicated staff are always on hand, ready to offer help or alter your program; depending on your goals.
Your advice for others: Try the Woodlands! It’s a fantastic local gym, which suits all abilities!
